Nicholas Alexander Chavez was bron on 6 September 1999 in Houston Texas, and grew up with three younger half-siblings in Sugar Land, but later his family decided to move to Denver, Colorado. His little brother named is Caleb.

Later Chavez’s had a chance to participate on the Mason Gross School of the Arts of Rutgers University, Carnegie Mellon, and NYU. Though he auditioned for several schools, Juilliard was the only one that did not accept him.

Choosing to study at Rutgers University, Chavez trained in acting for two years before, in 2019, taking a leave of absence, moving to Los Angeles, and getting into acting full-time.
In 2021 Nicholas Chavez was cast as Spencer Cassadine on the iconic ABC soap opera General Hospital. His played the role of stormy, which became a widespread fan favorite within just a few months.
